The NOAA Marine Debris Program is pleased to announce two Fiscal Year 2024 Notices of Funding Opportunity for both Marine Debris Removal and Interception Technologies under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. The NOAA Marine Debris Program will award up to $28 million across two funding opportunities:
Marine Debris Removal letters of intent deadline: October 27, 2023, 11:59 PM ET
- An applicant webinar will be offered on September 12, 2023 at 3:00 PM ET
Marine Debris Interception Technologies letters of intent deadline: November 15, 2023, 11:59 PM ET
- An applicant webinar will be offered on September 13, 2023 at 3:00 PM ET
Restore America's Estuaries (RAE) is pleased to introduce the Long Island Sound Community Impact Fund, a partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and with funding from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
RAE plans to release its first request for proposals in the Fall of 2023. The competitive grant program will focus on activities that address challenges and opportunities facing overburdened and underserved communities within the geographic scope of the Long Island Sound Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan.
